Instructions
Step 1
Roasted cauliflower: Mix everything in a bowl and put on a BBQ pan to cook for about 20 minutes on high heat.
Step 2
Tahini/Lemon: Mix everything together in a bowl.
Step 3
Fresh zaatar tomatoes: Mix everything together in a bowl.
Step 4
Finishing: Place the tahini, cauliflower and fresh tomatoes on a plate and finish with the finishing ingredients and a touch of olive oil.
