Ingredients

beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces

flour
1/4 cup
Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
2 tbsp
finely chopped ginger root
3
cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp
crushed red pepper
1 can
(16 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
1 jar
(12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Beef Gravy
1 cup
matchlike carrot sticks
1/2 cup
chopped fresh cilantro
2 cups
cooked thin rice noodles
Instructions
Step 1
Toss meat with flour; set aside.
Step 2
Heat dressing in Dutch oven sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
Step 3
Add ginger, garlic and crushed pepper; cook 4 to 5 min. or until ginger and garlic are tender, stirring frequently.
Step 4
Add meat; cook 8 to 10 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add beef broth; cook 2 min., stirring constantly to scrape browned bits from bottom of pan.
Step 6
Stir in gravy; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 hours or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Enjoy!
