Ingredients

Heinz Herbes de Provence Gravy
1/2 cups
mayonnaise
4 slices
sourdough bread
4-6 slices
Brie cheese
4 tbsps
cranberry sauce
4-6 slices
cooked turkey
4 tbsps
butter
Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine Heinz Herbes de Provence gravy and mayonnaise. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Take 2 slices of sourdough bread and spread the gravy mayo on one side of the bread. Layer Brie slices evenly across each slice and then layer the turkey on top of the Brie.
Step 3
Add 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce on the other piece of bread.
Step 4
Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter, and place the sandwiches in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the Brie has melted.
Step 5
Slice the sandwiches in half and serve hot. Warm a side of Heinz Herbes de Provence Gravy for dipping, and then enjoy your savory, sweet, and melty grilled cheese.
