Ingredients

1/2 cup

cucumber slices

1/4 cup

KRAFT Reduced-Fat Asian Sesame Dressing

1/4  cup

KRAFT Real Mayo

1/4 cup

HEINZ Korean-Inspired Sweet BBQ, divided

3/4 lb

lean ground beef

4 

flour tortillas (6 inch)

1 cup

shredded red cabbage

Instructions

Step 1

Toss cucumbers with sesame dressing in small bowl. Let stand 15 min.

Step 2

Meanwhile, mix mayo and 2 Tbsp. of the BBQ sauce until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 3

Mix meat with remaining BBQ sauce just until blended. Press 1/4 of the meat mixture evenly onto each tortilla, completely covering top of tortilla.

Step 4

Heat medium heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add 1 tortilla, meat side down. Use back of spatula to firmly press tortilla onto bottom of skillet; cook 4 to 5 min. or until meat is browned. Turn burger-topped tortilla over. Cook 2 min. or until bottom of tortilla is golden brown. Transfer taco to serving plate; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Step 5

Drain cucumbers, discarding dressing. Serve tacos topped with cabbage, cucumbers and mayo mixture.

Shortcut: Omit cucumber slices and sesame dressing. Substitute CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices for the pickled cucumber slices
