Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed
1/4 cup
HEINZ Korean-Inspired Sweet BBQ, divided
1 tbsp
olive oil
1/2 tsp
everything bagel seasoning flakes

Step 1
Heat oven to 450°F.
Step 2
Drop Brussels sprouts in boiling water and cook 8-10 mins or until tender.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix 2 TBSP street sauce, olive oil, and everything bagel seasoning in a small bowl until combined.
Step 4
Drain sprouts from water and slice in half. Lay halved sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Smash each sprout with a glass jar or measuring cup until sprout splits open.
Step 5
Drizzle street sauce mixture over sprouts and toss to coat. Lay in a single layer and bake 15-20 min. or until sprouts are crispy and golden brown. Serve with remaining street sauce as a dip.
How to Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: Remove any loose or yellowing leaves from stem of each sprout. Trim and discard ends of stems, then use sprouts as desired.
Food Facts: Small, bright green Brussels sprouts with compact heads will be more tender than larger ones. They are available late August through March.
