Ingredients

frozen breaded chicken patties

1/2 cup

HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp

sugar

1 tsp

kosher salt

1/2 cup

cucumber slices

4 

brioche sandwich rolls (4 inch)

1/2 cup

HEINZ BBQ Sauce Classic Sweet & Thick

1/2  cup

shredded carrots

1/2 cup

thinly shredded purple cabbage

Instructions

Step 1

Bake chicken patties as directed on package.

Step 2

Mix vinegar, sugar and salt in medium microwaveable bowl until blended. Add cucumbers; mix lightly.

Step 3

Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. Remove bowl from microwave. Let cucumbers stand 5 min.

Step 4

Drain cucumbers, discarding drained liquid.

Step 5

Place chicken patties on bottom halves of rolls; brush with barbecue sauce. Top with with pickled cucumbers, carrots and cabbage. Cover with tops of rolls.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with cut-up fresh fruit.
