Instructions

Step 1

Fill large salad bowl with romaine, beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes, avocado, and cheese. Mix well to combine.

Step 2

Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with cilantro.

Step 3

Divide salad among four dinner plates to serve.
