smoked bratwurst or other smoked sausages

red onion, cut into ½-inch-thick slices

4 hot dog buns, split
¼ cups
Heinz Yellow Mustard
¼ cups
1/4 cups
2 tsp
honey
1 tsp
curry powder
¼ tsp
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Tip:
Add sauerkraut for an even more German experience!
Instructions
Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Grill sausages and onion slices 15 min. or until heated through and onions are tender, turning occasionally and adding buns, cut sides down, to barbecue to toast for the last min. of cooking. Remove sausages, onions and buns from barbecue.
Step 3
Spread buns with mustard and relish. Fill with sausages. Mix ketchup, honey, curry powder and Worcestershire sauce. Drizzle over sausages.
